Steven Morse
Steven Morse was born in Harbor City, California, and trained at the Long Beach Ballet Arts Center, Lauridsen Ballet Center, Maple Conservatory of Dance, and the San Francisco Ballet School. He joined the San Francisco Ballet in 2009 and was promoted to soloist in 2017. Throughout his career, he has created roles in works by notable choreographers including Helgi Tomasson, Yuri Possokhov, Myles Thatcher, Christopher Wheeldon, Val Caniparoli, Justin Peck, and Liam Scarlett. He has also performed featured roles in ballets by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Benjamin Millepied, Paul Taylor, John Neumeier, Mark Morris, William Forsythe, and Alexei Ratmansky.
