Maya Moody is from Bozeman, Montana. She received her early training from local academies, including the Dance Center and Bozeman Dance Academy. She has furthered her training through summer intensives with institutions such as American Ballet Theatre and the Royal Danish Ballet and extended seasons of training with Master Ballet Academy, MOGA Conservatory of Dance, and Ballet West. She joined the Montana Ballet
Company in 2021 and has performed soloist roles for the company in Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Swan Lake, and The Nutcracker. Outside of ballet, Maya holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Baylor University and specializes in pelvic health. A passionate advocate for movement and dancer wellness, Maya is thrilled to perform for the Bozeman audience.
